The Grace headband is part of the Once Upon a Summer collection which was created in celebration of femininity and the beauty of embracing life in the moment. It is a one-of-a-kind accessory with only one ever made. This headband was designed to be worn at special occasions or simply just when you’re in the mood to add a bit of joy to your outfit. The pale green vintage floral motif and soft yellow buds originate from the 1940s while the date of the clear white vintage flowers is unknown.  The elegant grey knot sits at the centre of the headband and is made from abaca which is a natural fibre that is extracted from the leaves of a species of banana plant. The abaca material used for this headdress is extremely fine and has silk threads woven through it, which give it a lustrous finish. It is lined with pure silk and finished off with a War & Drobe label that has been woven in Britain.

This headband comes inside an organic cotton bag that has been made and screen printed in London and is then placed inside a foldable box (please see attached image). It’s recommended you store the headband inside the bag and box to avoid crushing or damage.

Care Instructions: Avoid contact with water and harsh chemicals, hairspray should be applied before you place your hair treasure in position. As this piece is made from vintage trims it may have minor flaws. Please avoid getting the flower motif wet as this may cause irreversible damage.
