The Ava Veiling headband is an original, limited edition which is part of the Vintage Fairy Tale bridal collection. The soft ivory vintage veiling used for this piece is from the 1940s which was the era that saw the birdcage veil rise in popularity. It’s a unique and understated piece designed for the minimalist bride which gives a subtle yet sophisticated impact. The discrete gathering added to the veiling gives it volume as it covers the face giving an air of mystery. It is then attached to the headband by hand wrapped white silk duchess binding along the edge. By turning something “old” into something “new” you’ll be covered for almost all of the traditional must haves of “something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue”.

This piece comes inside a beautiful box and it is recommended that you keep it in the box to avoid damage.

To remove any stains, it’s best to have the head piece dry cleaned. If it should get crushed and lose its shape it may help to steam the veiling. Avoid contact with water and chemicals, hairspray should be applied before you place your hair treasure in position.
