The Love Birds headdress is an original, limited edition which is part of the Vintage Fairy Tale bridal collection. It is a one-of-a-kind unique piece created from a vintage feathered headdress from the 1950s that’s been redesigned for the modern bride. Similar to the traditional Swan Lake headpiece, the soft ivory feathers curve around the back of the hair with a glimpse of the feathers seen at the front. Once your hair is crafted to perfection on the day, the two slides at each end of the headdress allow the piece to be placed into position effortlessly. It looks just as beautiful with the hair up and the feathers curving underneath as it does with the hair down. By turning something “old” into something “new you’ll be covered for almost all of the traditional must haves of “something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue”.

This piece comes inside a beautiful box and it is recommended that you keep it inside the box to avoid damage.

To remove any stains, it is best to have the head piece dry cleaned. If it should get crushed and lose its shape it may help to steam the feathers. Avoid contact with water and chemicals, hairspray should be applied before you place your hair treasure in position.
