These terms will apply to any contact between War & Drobe and you for the sale of goods to you. Please read these terms carefully before placing any orders with War & Drobe. Please note that before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these terms. If you refuse to accept these terms you will not be able to order any goods from our site.

waranddrobe.co.uk is a website operated by War & Drobe and to which ‘War and Drobe’, ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to. The term ‘you’ refers to you as the user or viewer of our website.

We may modify the TOS from time to time and without notice and any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law. The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

REGISTERING

All orders will require you to order from the site by going through a quick and simple registration process. When you use the site by registering, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate and current. PLACING AN ORDER

All orders are subject to acceptance by us and availability. All details you provide us must be true and accurate and you need to be an authorised user of the card you use to make the payment or the PayPal account used to place your order and ensure there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

You agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct anti-fraud checks and for this purpose personal information may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency which may keep a record of that information. You undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale. War & Drobe reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item shipped to any one customer or postal address.

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging we have received an order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received your order.

We will confirm our acceptance of your order to you by sending you a further email confirming the goods have been dispatched.

We reserve the right to not accept your order in our discretion for any reason whatsoever without liability. Examples of when this may occur include the item ordered being out of stock, or it does not satisfy our quality control standards or that you do not met the eligibility criteria set out in the TOS.

PAYMENT

All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Full payment will be taken at the point of purchase: any additional administration or delivery costs will be charged subsequently if necessary. By ordering from us you confirm that the payment method being used is yours. If the issuer of your credit/debit card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

PRICING

The default price shown is in GBP Sterling (£) inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. The price of a product displayed on the site at the time the order is placed will be valid except in the case of clear and unmistakable error.

If your credit/debit card or PayPal account is not denominated in GBP Sterling (£), the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day the card issuer processes the transaction.

Promotions and promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion code or offers unless otherwise stated and are only valid for a limited time. There is no cash alternative.

We cannot advise you in advance of any proposed reduction in prices or reimburse you the difference in the event that an item you order is subsequently reduced in price.

PRODUCT IMAGES AND DESCRIPTIONS

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. All the relevant product information is available on the product pages, we take great care to ensure that all details, descriptions, images and prices of our products are correct at the time of publishing. We strive to use accurate imagery to ensure that your order arrives as expected. Colour representation is as true as photographic processes will allow, however due to your devices screen and our photography these cannot be fully guaranteed. Slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products, we strive to maintain consistency as much as possible. Please check all the product information carefully before ordering.
